Scam
It is no longer a hotel but it is now apartments for sale.
Despite everything, on hotel room reservation sites (online booking) the hotel remains available and rents rooms.
I booked a room and when I showed up, no more hotel. The new building manager told us that it is now a building with apartments for sale and that we were not the first to have been taken in (he already had a contact telephone number to provide us)
Don't be tricked into renting from another hotel
