The hotel is very good , but the staff at the reception is not 5 star hotel staff need to change them. The transportation to the Haram is not in time & one day ( 25-8-2023) after fajir prayer did not show up at 05:30 so we took taxi

About 10min drive from Alharam. However, much better than Haram hotels as its much more clean and no cockroaches. Hotel is very clean, but rooms don't have much in it, definitely not 5 star standards. they don't fill water, coffee etc..unless you request. Service not bad but not high standards. Buffet isn't great. Food wasn't really tasty to be honest.

Rooms are clean but the service is not good, also the breakfast lines are long because you wait on a single cook make eggs for 50 plus people and a single coffee machine for everyone who rushed down to breakfast. Also our room USB was not working we asked to get it fixed 6 times and they did not fix it nor change our rooms and didnt even have spares from lost and found to offer us any. The girls in reception were nice enough to charge my phone but the hotel did nothing about it. Saying sorry doesnt change that the hotel did not care about customer service at all

The hotel location is a bit tricky and not easy to find.
I arrived around 21:00 and had a smooth check in experience, but the front desk staff didn’t seem to be happy and didn’t find him friendly.
The hotel is big and can be like a maze, struggled to find the elevator tbh.
The room is comfy and amenities are great.
Interiors and lighting were relaxing.
Breakfast buffet is at SAR35, with variety of options and fresh food which is highly worth it.
I’d recommend this for a quick 1-2 nights stay and is perfect for business stays.

Hotel: 5 stars
Front desk: 4 stars
Cleaning/Room Service staff: 1 star
Everything is great about this hotel… Except the cleaning staff and room service at night. There are a few good ones but the ones we dealt with were annoyed at any request.
Bottom line. Good hotel but expect to do most of the cleaning up and bring your own coffe and drinks yourself.
