I have been staying since 3/26 and so far the hotel is clean and beautiful inside. Rooms are good but they never answer the phone for housekeeping. Shuttle bus has no specific timing and the staff doesn’t understand a single word of English or Urdu/hindi. They are not even able to tell you the timing for bus shuttle as they only speak Arabic!! If they can work on housekeeping and shuttle schedule i would definitely recommend this hotel for an affordable pricing especially during ramadan. They need more people who speaks different language than Arabic.

Hotel is nice but the service is horrible. Nobody answers the phone at the reception if you need anything. Shuttle service has no scheduled time so it’s just random waiting game for that. You keep asking around for the shuttle time and no one has a clue.

Rayan from front desk was very attentive and understanding.
Lovely hotel, good value and 10 mins drive from haram.

We arrived in Makkah and went to the Wirgan Hotel. The environment here is very beautiful. They treated us well. Hotel fares are very low

This is an amazing hotel. Absolutely wonderful. The staff is proficient in English. They are very responsive. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Room service is wonderful. Overall a very good experience.

Wirgan Hotel Al Azizyah is a four star hotel in makkah. Wirgan Hotel is a luxury hotel with rooms and suites offering comfortable accommodation to its Umrah and Hajj guests. It’s 6 min drive to Aisha Al Rajhi Mosque and , 4.8 miles from Masjid Al Haram. Hotels has Warm rooms and airy suites feature flat-screen TVs, safes, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffeemaking. Room is well equipped with top notch equipments. They have fresh flowers on the lobby and on the rooms. They provide shuttle to drop and pickup from Haram. The staff is nice and polite. Other amenities include restaurant, lobby cafe, mosque etc
