We’ve hosted an engagement party at the ballroom of the hotel. A perfect place for such occasions and the event planners and waiters were responsive, attentive and caring about our requests and needs for our night. The preparation for the ceremony was handled and organized perfectly along the catering for our guests. We had nothing to worry about but hosting and enjoying our special occasion with our family and friends.
The event planners Hams and Nabil did the best we could ask for. Thank you both for everything!
And also chef Ramy who supervised the dinner buffet by himself and made sure our guests are enjoying their dinner.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at
And I have stayed at a lot of hotels. It has all of the amenities you would expect in a western hotel plus more. The premises is clean, the staff all speak very good English, and you will not have anything to worry about during your stay.
The food is excellent and very diverse.
The room is spacious and have everything you need. The laundry service is also affordable and fast. I had a suit that needed to be dry cleaned and they took care of it in one day. There is also a safe that I recommend using.
The room uses UK power outlets so make sure you bring a converter if you aren’t from the UK. There is also a business center but the keyboard is French. You are better off using your own laptop.
Anyway, this was an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend and it made my first trip to Saudi Arabia that much more memorable and enjoyable.

A very excellent hotel and I would recommend it. Personally, I would not think of living in another one if I visit Jeddah again,
cleanliness, very very high morals, delicious breakfast, and more than wonderful service. I personally dealt with Mr. Ryan.. and I thank him for the nobility of his creation. The hotel treats the guest with love and kindness.. Thanks to all the staff, especially those responsible for their selection and staff
And make it sure for the mini bar is not free ???

Wonderful new hotel.
I hadn't been to Jeddah in a long time, so I chose the newest hotel in the area, Crowne Plaza Jeddah Alsalam.
The room and hotel were nicely designed, with a very comfortable bed.
The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of very good options. The way the front desk welcomed me was lovely, and it really helped me enjoy my stay. Many thanks to their duty manager Sultan for the warm welcome and assignment of the perfect suite.

I usually stay at Crown Plaza Al Salam in Jeddah and the hotel has very high standards. The room, the gym, the food are all very good and the staff always very helpful and kind. I would like to congratulate the whole staff, including Mr. Omar for such a pleasant stay.
