My stay at Crowne Plaza Jeddah Al Salam was absolutely perfect. Comfortable bed, updated features, wonderful service - fresh fruit was even delivered to the room! It was a superb base to explore the rest of Jeddah, whilst also being close to the airport. 100% recommend.

I'm in an utter shock and beyond impressed! I landed in Jiddah and went directly to Crown Plaza hoping for an available room. Unfortunately they were fully booked BUT the gentleman at the reception was so courteous that he not only offered to let me stay in the lobby till my friends arrived but also gave complimentary drinks. I'm beyond grateful and a Crown guest for life!!

A descent place to stay,
Contemporary design that is cozy and refreshing. Comfy beds and very high level of hygiene. Tasty food and great facilities.
The room service was not up to par as they faced several problems with payment machines and the types of bags they use to hold beverages.

Always feel at home staying here, very comfortable rooms & beds. The breakfast is amazing, great selection, the staff always go out of their way to help & are always so friendly. Particularly Mostafa at breakfast.
