I have stayed here with my family in two suit rooms … it was great experience all the way … the rooms and services from staff … everything was great … Whenever we need to stay in Jeddah, I will choose Verta Hotel only … ❤️

It was a disaster, no one came to Coleen the room for 2 days!!!! There is no telephone, no microwave!! It's not recommended at all and I will never book it again

Very bad experience.the hotel lobby wasnt well maintained and no one at the reception,overall not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arrived with a reservation and they couldn't find it. After 15mins they did and then said the room isn't ready, this is at 10:30pm at night. Would avoid.
