I had a very great experience here - my wife and I came back specifically the next year because of the amazing service that Muhammad Moin gave us. He is very hospitable and helped us with anything we needed. We would stay here again just because of him and the housekeeping manager Jehangir who made sure we were taken care of and at ease.

At the time of booking via the Hilton Honours app it included breakfast - at checkin, after a long flight with kids spent time arguing as they told us the booking did not include it - shame!
Impossible to get through to your Reservation team at the hotel - I’ve left several messages at reception too but no luck!
No gym either, not the service I expected for what I’ve paid!

Cannot say enough good things about Hilton Medina. The staff, the housekeeping, the concierge all were so kind. The hallways smelled amazing. The location is in the heart of Medina 2 min walk into the mosque. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping made sure they would even fold our prayer mats for us. I will continue to keep coming back here.

Very close to Haram, check in and check out was very simple. Rooms were a good size for me and my mother, very clean and relaxing. The hotel is decorated extravagantly, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet had lot of variety and delicious options, the seating in there faced the haram, it was an added bonus.
