Poor customer service,
I would have given them zero starts if I could. Doesn’t respect people’s time. Way too slow service. Don’t bother even booking this hotel they will just waste your time. Zero customer service. Housekeeping doesn’t answer the call and even if they did they will deliver the goodies like towels, water, toilet paper or what so ever you need the next day.
Poor bus service. They only have one bus schedule for pick up and drop off which was never on time every-time we had to take private ride.

This was a very nice hotel on the inside I found no faults. The only downsides where that the buses are sometimes late by about 15/20 mins. Also the area around the hotel is not very clean and strong smell of sewage. The hotel itself has amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Bathrooms are clean and good size and the beds are very comfortable

The hotel staff and managers were dealing with an overflow of pilgrims during Ramadan but they were very accomadating and helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. I especially want to thank the cafe staff who provided a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, providing refreshing drinks after a long hot day. I especially want to thank Musa and Sara who work in the cafe and helped make my stay extra special

Service is way way too slow! Very disappointing! Asked for room service and was not done. Asked for new towels and didn’t get them. Asked for couple of other things and they just hear and say okay but not done. Bed sheet was not even cleaned when I came. Asked to change them and didn’t get changed. Booked as 5* but worth less than 2*. It is also far from Kabah.
