The hotel staff and managers were dealing with an overflow of pilgrims during Ramadan but they were very accomadating and helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. I especially want to thank the cafe staff who provided a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, providing refreshing drinks after a long hot day. I especially want to thank Musa and Sara who work in the cafe and helped make my stay extra special

Service is way way too slow! Very disappointing! Asked for room service and was not done. Asked for new towels and didn’t get them. Asked for couple of other things and they just hear and say okay but not done. Bed sheet was not even cleaned when I came. Asked to change them and didn’t get changed. Booked as 5* but worth less than 2*. It is also far from Kabah.

Overall it was a great experience, breakfast was good.. shuttle service was excellent just follow their schedule.. parking lot is also good highly recommended if you are coming by car

Their bus service is very bad, the timing is not right, if you want to eat, there is no restaurant near this hotel, they don't even clean the room. Every day. reception. Dint response if we report any problem. In same price. You will get easily hotel near kaba.
