The restaurant is considered quite popular due to its location and size. The location is divided into sections to serve as a restaurant and a cafe. This allows it to cater for a variety of diners
On the positive side, service was great. The waiter was courteous and quick. Also, the layout and decor was also nice.
We ordered a verity of dishes to ensure we have a full experience. Unfortunately, the food did not live up. Both the selection and quality were mediocre, nothing impressive or memorable. Frankly, it is one of the worst high end Lebanese restaurants in Jeddah. As if there was no effort in building up a menu to match the branding and layout.
All in all, the location and service is 5 stars. The food is no more than 3

I have to be honest in my rating; I used to be a loyal customer to Beit Ward in Khobar; but my 1st experience in Jeddah wasn’t that much??♂️ food was average and most of the dishes were served cold; the tabbouli was extremely dry so we had to add extra oil, lemon & salt to make it acceptable; Awsal in the mixed grill must be reviewed by the chef cause its very chewy; however the Safi7a meat was great and juicy. As for the Kunafa, it was tasty but I don’t think the ice cream is adding a nice twist??♂️ the service was super welcoming at the entrance & that’s it??♂️I am sorry but I was expecting more from this restaurant.

Let’s start with the positives:
The overall aesthetic was appealing. The high ceilings, large windows, decorations and colors are very refreshing.
Now that I mentioned the good part, let’s talk about the food. It was.. average. Not bad, but not great either. The appetizers were better than the main course, as there was no variety or creativity there.
All that aside, what ruined the experience the most were the flys. I mean, not one, not two, but dozens! The entire time we were trying to get rid of them. The service wasn’t great either. The appetizers were late. And when they arrived, we were still waiting for the bread, which took a while too.
Words spread quick here, and by scrolling through the other reviews I see the same complaints. So if the restaurants wants to survive in this competitive market, they need to step their game up.
