We enjoyed a delightful stay in this beautiful palace hotel. The interior design is exquisite, the indoor pool a soothing sanctuary, the buffet dinner (butchers night) followed by Friday brunch delicious. The team made us feel so welcome with a special welcome. Excellent rooms, super comfy beds, incredible pillow menu.. what more could you ask for… nothing! Thank you to Delia for your attentive and high standard of quality service. Thank you to the Chefs, especially Sagar for the fabulous food.

Very beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly. But, my safe deposit box ran out of the battery and I need to make check out to go the airport. I have called 4 times to the reception and one tike I told luggage guy to ask someone to come and open the safe, but nobody came. It passed 30 minutes and I am still waiting

As is typical with the Ritz, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I was worried the room would be too small, but it was just perfect, VERY comfortable - and the VIEWS were STUNNING - some of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen! The staff were all lovely and helpful. It was particularly interesting for me to be staying in this hotel for political reasons, too! ;) Prices are very very steep, with basic Saudi coffee setting you back around £30-£35. Very spacious, beautiful, well kept place. HOWEVER - as a woman, you aren't allowed to use the steam room, sauna etc. Only the swimming pool. I understand and respect the fact that some hotels in Saudi require men and women be separate in sauna/steam. What I do not appreciate, however, is this hotel not allowing any time for women to enjoy the steam/sauna and giving it all to the men instead. If I am required to pay the same rate for my room as the men, then there should be an option for me to use this facility as well. Otherwise, you should offer reduced rates for women. Other hotels had either mixed facilities OR reserved time slots for women every day (which is HUGELY appreciated:). Please, consider doing something similar.

One of the most beautiful and luxurious buildings in Riyadh. You can visit it for coffee and enjoy its wonderful architecture and interior design. Every Friday, it offers one of the best brunches in Riyadh with countless options. For anyone living or visiting Riyadh, it should definitely be on their list!

Super elegant. Great service. Great facilities. Versatile to accommodate family gatherings to business seminars. Definitely recommend paying a visit.
