Great to visit via riyadh. Had dinner at Stella sky lounge which had exemplary service and ambience. Sheesh is highly recommended.

Saadat, the hostess at Stella Sky Lounge in The St. Regis Riyadh, is one of the loveliest hostesses I've ever encountered. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made my experience truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, Saadat's hospitality and attentiveness were exceptional. Her graciousness and friendly nature added a special touch to the atmosphere. I truly appreciate Saadat's outstanding service and the positive impression she left on me. Her dedication to ensuring a wonderful dining experience did not go unnoticed. Not worth the money, stay at Ritz for these prices. It should be half the prices and include breakfast, here's why:
1. The rooms are standard for mid-range hotels.
2. Everyone can see into your room from Via, the mall that the hotel is in. They haven't put mirrored windows! You have to keep your curtain closed the whole time to have privacy.
3. The steam room had a mold problem that I have to point out! The spa is meant to be the biggest in Riyadh but offers nothing more than a sauna and steam room.
4. The pool is too small to swim in! Plus it has a rooftop bar around it. As a woman in this more traditional place I was too uncomfortable. It's already uneasy just going to the pool at the hotel, but with outsiders too?! Not elite.
5. The service was not accommodating. I arrived late and they wouldn't take my card on file for the deposit. Keeping in mind that I had checked in on my phone before ! They faffed around and it took 10 minutes to check me in.
6. I have a super early flight so I wanted to checkout when I came in at 1am. They also refused ! I understand you want to check the mini bar but also, you have my credit card and you have my contact details. You can figure it out!
7. Bathroom products are dispensers so you can't take a sample home. The brands of the products are surprisingly mid range for a hotel trying to position itself at it's price point (one of then being "Ren" skin care).
Overall, the interior design is ok but lacks originality. The Via center is stunning. But stay at the Ritz for these prices. I'm super disappointed.
