While regular staff is friendly, the management is arrogant and not customer friendly at all. Issues like double charges, not working equipment are common. There are much better places in Riyadh

What truly set this stay apart was the incredible warmth and politeness of the staff. Upon learning that I was visiting from the hospital, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room to a breathtaking suite. The gesture was beyond generous and touched my heart deeply. Each day brought new surprises that left me in awe. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to send me thoughtful gifts and messages, creating an environment of care and positivity that I had never experienced before. If I could give this amazing and incredible hotel 10 stars I would. Truly unbelievably beautiful, the service is impeccable from the entrance to the exit. The room is pure luxury so much so we was in bed by 10pm ?. The food was so delicious we couldn’t decide what to choose. The staff are just wonderful, helping us when our little one was a bit fussy. They took her on a round of the restaurant. The effort everyone went to make my birthday extra special was something I will always cherish.
