During my recent stay at the Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel, I had both positive and negative experiences. Firstly, the hotel's location was very convenient as it was located close to the Madina Al Munawarman Mosque and there were plenty of stores nearby. This made it easy for me to explore the area during my stay. The hotel's restaurant was also impressive, offering a variety of international food options and most of it was delicious. However, I was disappointed with the front staff of the restaurant. Despite having a package for three people, which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they kept mistaking the number of guests in my party. This happened every time we entered the restaurant (and we stayed there for 4 nights) which was frustrating. On the other hand, the hotel's lobby had a small Starbucks store, which was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the hotel's beds. They were soft and comfortable, and I was able to fall asleep immediately upon lying down. The hotel's size was not too big, the elevator was small and not very effective. This caused a bit of inconvenience, especially during rush hour, as I had to wait a while for the elevator. It's a beautiful hotel, one of my friend is working there, Miss Haneen. She invited me , it was breakfast time they have a beautiful restaurant facing towards the Al-Haram, where they serve breakfast, although i didn't eat, it looks delicious. I almost met all the dinning n kitchen staff, they were so kind n respectable. N if i got any chance i want to get a job in this property.

The female staff at reception on Friday prayer time was amazing although no rooms were ready to check-in she quickly sorted the parking and later arranged the facility to get ready for Friday prayer. She is a Star and very passionate and dedicated professional

The good: Great location. The staff (Masoud and Ismail) are really nice. We checked in early and checked out late without any problems. The bad: There was a window that didn’t close and brought in a lot of noise from the AC, but it was partially fixed in our second day. The furniture is outdated and wobbly in some cases. The elevators are too slow as they are overloaded. Sometimes I had to wait around 10 mins.

Al Hamdulillah The Hotel Location is great very close to Haram (Masjid Al Nawabi). Haram is 2-3 minutes walking distance. Supermarket Bindawood and other amenities very close by. Reception service could have been better. Requested a Room in the lower floor at the time of the reservation but got in 12th floor. During our stay in 12th floor we met with Housekeeping staff (RoomBoy) Mr Jakir Joy &Johirul who are very caring, responsible, hard working. We are very pleased with their excellent service, a special thanks & credit goes to them. Thanks also goes to Laundry man Mr Safin for his help to get my Laundry done in a short period of time. I do recommend this Hotel and Insha Allah will stay again in the future.
