Excellent wait spread of international breakfast items to select and indulge. Close to Al Haram and all kinds of dining and shopping needs. Rooms well maintained, great overall service.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel(Rm 1105) with it's proximity to gate 329/330 just 2 to 3 min walk to the Holy Prophet's mosque especially the ladies side. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The lobby and hallways were always smelling lovely and the staff always helpful especially those at the house keeping and the restaurant. The food was amazing, tasty with plenty to choose from.

Very good experience staying at Aqeeq hotel Madina. Close to the prayer area for ladies. The room service and response was excellent especially Mr. Tamer was very professional and quickly resolved the issue we reported regarding bedding to our satisfaction.
Breakfast can be improved with more variety and quality of the items

I regret to share that my stay at Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel was far from satisfactory, largely due to the abysmal customer service provided by the receptionists. From the moment of check-in, I encountered a series of unprofessional and discourteous interactions that overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. The receptionists seemed disinterested in assisting guests, displayed a lack of empathy towards inquiries, and were unresponsive to requests. Such a disappointing level of customer service tarnished what could have been a pleasant stay. The hotel management should urgently address this issue to ensure a more hospitable and welcoming environment for their guests.

The hotel was near the mosque very close easy to walk distance the hotel staff were very nice and friendly especially staff member Ismail Hossen was very helpful and understanding
