Al Hamdulillah The Hotel Location is great very close to Haram (Masjid Al Nawabi). Haram is 2-3 minutes walking distance. Supermarket Bindawood and other amenities very close by. Reception service could have been better.
Requested a Room in the lower floor at the time of the reservation but got in 12th floor.
During our stay in 12th floor we met with Housekeeping staff (RoomBoy) Mr Jakir Joy &Johirul who are very caring, responsible, hard working. We are very pleased with their excellent service, a special thanks & credit goes to them. Thanks also goes to Laundry man Mr Safin for his help to get my Laundry done in a short period of time.
I do recommend this Hotel and Insha Allah will stay again in the future.

If I were to sum up my stay at this hotel in one word, it would be fantastic. The hotel location is very good, a couple of minutes walk from the Mosque. The hotel room was very spacious compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed in Madinah before. The staff was very nice, always on beck and call, always assisting us and catering to our requests like that of the late checkout. Hebah and Fatimah were both very accommodating. Keep it up! ?????

I've stayed in this hotel for one night in a unit facing the ground mosque. The best thing about this hotel is its location, It's facing the mosque from the imam side. Which means that entering the mosque is much easier due to the smaller crowd compared to the hotels at the back of the mosque. The units are clean and well maintained, Especially that it is under heavy use all year long. I've been to more luxurious hotels, but they are not far off from what I've seen in this hotel.The restaurant in the hotel is good and the food choices are also good. The reception is friendly and experienced, and transportation is near by. All in all, my experience in this hotel was very positive and I highly recommend it.

This hotel is extortionate for the services they offer. We paid over £3400 for two rooms for five nights. The location is great as it's near the Haram however the place is definitely not suitable for people with disabilities. The toilets have no handles on the side for getting up and the most of the furniture in the Badr Suite was old and dilapidated. There was no attempt by the staff to help assist us to deal with the issue of a wheelchair access either. The safe took two days to be reset in order that it could be used. The staff at the reception were not very friendly or approachable either.

A very disappointing stay at this hotel. We did not expect a lot after reading the reviews however we selected this hotel as its a 5 minute walk to the ladeies gate . Below are bullet points to why you should not stay here .
* phones don't work in the room
* lifts take on average 5 mins to come
* food is cold bland and tasteless.
* nobody bothers cleaning your room
* speed of service very slow.
* rooms dark and dated
* poor maintenance
* over priced
* lighting issues
* people knock on your door if you don't answer they attempt to come in
* damp cigarette smell in hallway.
Reasons to stay
* location.
My advice is you can get a similar standard of hotel for half the price . The old saying you get what you pay for unfortunately does not apply here .
