I stay in room 0312 It was wonderful experience there spacious rooms with all the required facilities. Housekeeping is always ready to serve. The staff is very polite and professional. Specially lifts are perfect. You don't have to change the lifts to get to ground floor. Lifts are very efficient The hotel is the part of Haram

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and restaurant. The restaurant has a great mini breakfast buffet for kids too. The kids loved it. Special shout out to Mr Faizan who was very courteous and helpful at all times.
However compared to the money being paid, the rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller. The shower area is so small that a claustrophobic person would never get in there. The bathroom really needs working on considering the fact that this is a 5 star hotel. And the service isn't great. They have so many guests checking in every day and I guess this makes them indifferent or too tired to be hospitable to each guest.

All service was top notch. Room is spacious and tidy with most essentials provided. The bed is big, I loved it the most. Breakfast food was incredible with variety of choices and some changes in the menu everyday. Top management was also around to make sure everything was okay and their staff, Mr Ashraf, assisted us greatly during our 18 days of breakfast at the Cafe. Loved our stay here!

It's a great hotel the receptionists are welcoming.
The rooms are good.
Points for their sustainability ideas.
Even the breakfast was good.
The only issue they had was they had unclean sheets on one of the beds.
Otherwise a 5 star rating.
