It was a really great to stay here at Swiss O tell Mecca, Clock Tower. The staff was very friendly and the room service was really efficient. The only draw back was that for kids it’s difficult to warm up milk but the room service was still helpful and provided warm milk.
I would recommend to stay here again.

In a very convenient location, next to Al Haram. Hotel prayer room is very large & liked praying there. Check in & out was quick, hassle free. receptionists speak English. All Staffs were very helpful. Could not control the room AC, it was very cold, even though there was a thermostat it was not working. They should check these periodically. The Bed, pillows are clean & comfortable, they should wipe the tables phone, remotes etc. thick black dust was on the coffee station in the room. bathroom was clean, provided amenities- Shampoo, shower gel, soap, lotion, dental kit, etc. Tea, coffee, bottle waters were provided as well. breakfast was included, varieties of hot & cold dishes, very good breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very cooperative and hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious too. I am completely satisfied with my hotel stay, Everything was perfect highly recommended and service was perfect thank you Mr Esaam, Mr Anas and Mr Sultan.

Service was very good! Breakfast was delicious and alway nice and fresh. The location is also perfect! Staff and management are very understanding and kind. Particularly Haifa was particularly helpful and courteous. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here Alhamdolillah.

Had a very pleasant stay! housekeeping and cleaning services were great. The bathroom, bed linings, and overall room were excellent. Ms, Haifa was excellent at the reception by guiding us perfectly when ever needed. We recommend this Hotel. Great service
