I had the single room 2 beds , and each bed was queen size which was amazing , the TV is big and the room in general good size and clean .. Great location and everything is around you .. the coffe machine wasn't working in the room that's the only thing .

I booked for Ramadan. This hotel location is good and easy to go Harram as many rush time we approach Masjid Al Haram very easily. An other hand staff and services very impressive overall.

It was awesome hotel, its proximity to Kaaba makes it worth renting. However the reception staff is not very cooperative as it to be. Meanwhile, the buffet system is lavish and toothsome.

The accommodation that i have received from nazrul from the bellman department was fantastic. He had made me and my sisters feel really comfortable. May Allah reward him highly. I suggest you give him a pay rise as he gives 150%

Incredible services and care provided from the minute we got into the hotel. Lovely room, house cleaning immensely good thanks to Noor Ul Islam and Shakeel both were very helpful and quick. Services all around hotel were great from room 409. Will definitely book again with you when we come for Umrah again!!

Makarem is a 5 star hotel in Makkah but we had a very bad experience in this hotel and also in another branch of Makarem umm alqura. Very lazy & rude staff of reception. I booked a junior suite with a king bed , but they put one extra bed in my room. When I asked the operator, she told us we can't remove this ,totally worth the experience and give only 1 star of this hotel.
