Front Desk people don't talk English. They speak only Arabic. Very difficult to Communicate. There is no daily house keeping. Rooms are not worth for money. I personally feel its costly. Location is almost 9km from Haram. My main suggestion, they should respect their non arab customers & be more professional & polite with them.

Very bad experience, very small dirty room, old furniture, door key not working properly, phone not working, bathroom not good.
I don't recommend it at all.
