Unprofessional and untrained staff at the check-in counter,
free bus moving every hour from the hotel to Haram and vice versa.
Hotel booking price was very high on the mid-term school vacation. this is an unreasonable price

Booked it for the first and last time there is no minibar in the room , u have to pay for the everything extra and we are here since 4 days but the cleaning group still didn’t clean our room and we told him 2/3 times he said okay we did not stay on his promise and if u need toilet paper u will get only One rolle for 4 person room . Very bad experience with this hotel a very big Dislike
