The hotel was overbooked when we arrived in Mecca. So we had to sleep 2 nights somewhere else before checking in to this hotel. The staffs were pleasant. The rooms are pretty big. Plenty of carparks. But the location is quite far from Masjid al Haram. If it s not due the extreme hot weather, we d be walking to the Masjid (2km-ish). But we took a cab or kereta sapu daily.

Fast check in because there were no much pilgrim, common areas are neat and clean, but the rooms and washroom are not maintained very well, there were no tea items, no towel and no toiletries. No market nearby, only one Turkish restaurant available nearby

It delivers what it says, no more no less. A 3 star hotel that is not ridiculously overpriced during season.

Very small, don't believe the pictures. 4 beds were crammed in a small room for 2.toilet fixtures were broken. Curtains were falling off.wont recommend.
