Very good housekeeping staff. Reception staff friendly my room and all of the hotel is very clean (712) would recommend.sheikh Fayezulla and sharif very helpful

We were here for 5 days and our stay at the hotel has been amazing. My wife and myself can’t fault the service. The two bell boys Sharif and Sagor both are just two amazing guys if we needed anything they were prompt to help they are credit to the hotel and the service provided was excellent. The hotel is right opposite to the prophets mosque just 2 mins walk. We are already planning to come again early next year with our kids and be definitely staying at this hotel.

Excellent hotel just in front of Haram ElNabaoui
We had and excellent service from the personal specialy from Ibrahim Khalil, he took care of us with class
I recommend M. Majed too at the reception, he was calling us everyday to check if all is ok

The hotel is nice and very close to Masjid al-Haram, the staff is very polite and helpful. 227 number
Stayed in the room, it was clean and the room cleaning service was even more amazing. We thank the staff, Hasan and Ferdous, for their dedication and service excellence.
In the end, I will definitely repeat the visit, and this is a true testimony for them, may God bless them and thank you all for your kind welcome.
