IMO 5 star hotel from all aspects.
Perfect location. Cross the road and you are in haram. We had a BAQI view room which was a bonus. Breakfast was decent. Nice clean room. Cant think of anything wrong with this hotel. I.A. will return and book the same hotel. Highly highly recommend!

Great location and great service for a great price. Really appreciate the complimentary room upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Al-Madinah.

We had had a problem at another hotel and at midnight they were able to provide two rooms for 5 adults. The went out of their way to sort things out. They had space in the car park under them. They are right across the road from the mosque and it was just a couple of minutes walk. The breakfast was very good and all the staff wanted to help. The gentleman working the reception at night could not do enough and took his time to make sure we had what we needed.

I would say the hotel is ok, this is definitely a three star experience.
First off with the bad, the WiFi is the slowest i have ever used in an international hotel, the breakfast was good and manageble and had a decent variety for the 3 days i was there but definitely don't expect the same service of say the hiltons and pullmans, there was no room service done at all for my 3 days, but the room service guy on the 7th floor was a great person always greeting us with salams and bringing us drinking water, the perfect thing about it is that the hotel is literally a 2 minutes walk to gate 367 of masjid al nabawi, it's quite a big hotel and you'll be comfortable but just won't experience that luxury hotel feel based on the services. But if the price is low, i would recommend it.
