The hotel is nice and very close to Masjid al-Haram, the staff is very polite and helpful. 227 number Stayed in the room, it was clean and the room cleaning service was even more amazing. We thank the staff, Hasan and Ferdous, for their dedication and service excellence. In the end, I will definitely repeat the visit, and this is a true testimony for them, may God bless them and thank you all for your kind welcome.

Really fabulous hotel with amazing features Was really good in check in ,, really helpful staff and cheerful specially Abdulmajeed who does the check in and the reservation. And Ms:Eman who was asking if everything is going good and asked if we are happy with the stay and the place. and making sure is everything is great with our stay, will rate the hotel 10/10 Thank you very much will come back again

Wonderful hotel. Place is perfect in front of the Haram main entrance. Amazing view of Haram and Rauda . Staff is welcoming and very helpful. Quick service as well everytime. Modern rooms with very nice furnishings and decoration. The hotel exceeded my expectations for sure. Will stay here next time I come to Madina in shaa Allah

Very good location to masjid and Ummrah sites. Service was okay but can give confusing information about late checkout times and calling for room service and housekeeping . Room service was helpful in providing towels water whatever is needed . Breakfast was good but food tends to be cold so it should be improved. room service menus need to be updated as there are expired promotions on television and prices are not the same as presented on menu and certain menu items are no longer available . However food comes very hot and is pretty good whenever we ordered . There is room for improvement at this hotel but serves its purpose well for Ummrah Housekeeper : Sharif Sagor Supervisor : Amin Javid Arif
