This is my second year being a 5 star hotel. Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel has upgraded and everything is incredibly clean and crisp. From the pillows to the bed sheets, the hotel is impeccable. The room is spacious with a great view. The hotel has a great staff and have added a lot of different amenities for guests. I can't wait to stay at this hotel the next time I visit the area.

I have stayed at the hotel for multiple times and High quality of service and hygiene still remains. The staff is amazing, the room and services is immaculate. I HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you for a great experience

Went in for some coffee after work to relax. Had a fantastic server named Cherry who was extremely helpful and very kind. Helped me choose a great coffee and was made perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will be coming back many more times.

Stayed here a couple of times now. Great proximity to the airport, really comfortable bed. I found the rooms a little on the dull and dated side. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel during a business trip. While the accommodations were wonderful (clean rooms, well maintained common areas and grounds, and guest services), the area that I have the most praise for is the staff. Every staff member I came into contact with always offered a greeting and a warm smile and were eager to offer assistance when needed.
This was a long-term stay (approximately 6 weeks) and I became familiar with many of the staff. There are several staff members I would like to recognize for exceptional service: Cherry Ann, the woman who works morning to afternoon shift at the hotel coffee bar. After a difficult day at work, she not only offered up coffee and snacks, but also offered up a warm smile and cheerful personality that will brighten your day.
The food in the restaurant (thanks to the culinary talents of the chef!) was outstanding. A wide variety of main courses, breads, deserts, and fresh fruits were available daily for all three meals. The entire dining staff was also exceptional, from the Matre d during the breakfast meal, who would warmly greet me by name, to the evening server (Zainab) who was always smiling and happy and seemed to be able to anticipate what I needed before I even requested it!
If you're in Riyadh and have business near the airport or visiting on holiday/vacation, you will not regret staying at this hotel. I know I didn’t, and I will be returning here on my next business trip.
