They don't have busses. I've been walking for more than 30mins,.so many hotels have soooo many busses of other companies . I still didn't find this one. Second time stating at this hotel. Bus service is bad. Take a taxi and save the time....

The hotel staff was very accommodating especially they allowed early check in and even accommodated for the late check out. 5 Starts to the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The prices are economical, also every room has an outdoor space which I really liked. The only average thing was the restaurant food/buffet (Honestly it wasn't good 😵)
I will definitely stay here again 😊

One of the finest room services provided. Only negative point is a little bit long distance from "Masjid Al Haram".
Recommended for family stay. Recommendations for them,they can make the kids club free and more frequent bus services.

I needed a room for just one night in Makkah and I found this hotel to be reasonably priced.
The hotel itself was very clean. The rooms were modern and spacious.
The shuttle service to haram sharif is every hour with some exceptions.
Despite the hotel being slightly away from Haram sharif i would consider staying there again.

~SAR180 for a night is fair enough for such experience. Although the room was clean, beautiful, and spacious, sadly the door doesn’t close easily, the door and the walls don’t block out the voices, and the lights of the corridor was easy find the way into the room!
Although we pent roughly 15 minutes to check in, the receptionists are greatly helpful. Also it’s highly appreciated that the shuttle bus to the Haram (the Holy Mosque) is for free and on-time. However, the bus is old and hard to find to get back from the holy mosque.

Violet shesha Hotel is located in Makkah, 3.1 mi from Hira Cave and 3.7 mi from Abraj Al Bait. Warmly decorated rooms. They have flat-screen TVS, free Wi-Fi and mini fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Good hotel, nice staff, clean room highly recommended for family, they have coffee shop and kids area also they provide shuttle to drop and pick up from Masjid al Haram. the breakfast open buffet is great with tasty and delicious food” Other amenities include restaurant, warm lobby seating area, meeting rooms etc
