The location is very nearby the airport. The housekeeping staff were helpful and very attentive. The villa is not nearly up to it’s price, the villa’s are quite old and used. Maintenance on the villas are bad (the filters in the pools and the over top fan weren’t working properly). The tables were scratched upon our arrival and we reported how unsatisfied we were to the reception as soon as we entered the villa. Upon our check out they were blaming us for the scratches on the tables even though is was obvious that everything was already old and used, they refused to give us our deposit back claiming we were the ones who scratched the tables. I have never been to a hotel were i was falsely accused like that it was very upsetting because we were all adults with no children. Furthermore when we asked to speak to the manager we waited for over 40+ minutes until he arrived and by that time we were late for our flight at the airport. Even though we have stayed at radisson blue several times over the years in various countries and we have always enjoyed our stay with no complaints, but regarding this branch the management was very poor. They gave us the deposit back in the end but i will never return to this branch in riyadh.

Very beautiful and elegant hotel, very helpful staff and especially Waleed from the reception he is always smiling I liked his hospitality. Breakfast is perfect and all the restaurant staff are helpful, cheerful and professional. It was a nice stay overall.

The building and staff were excellent. Beautiful design, attentive and very polite team was there to welcome me and ensure everything was taken care of. Waleed was pleasant to deal with and I appreciate his care. Would stay here again (but maybe request a room not adjacent to a populated one, since the doors seperating the units aren't very soundproof). Otherwise though, the rooms were well appointed and exceedingly comfortable.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Hotel was clean and fitted to a high standard. We will be back next year.

The cleaning staff & luggage helper were amazing. However, I didn’t like the room, the standard room felt so dark & gloomy, the bathroom shower was broken, The receptionist asks for feedback but doesn’t really wanna hear it, the first feedback I gave to the receptionist was that the bathroom shower needed maintenance it was spilling water from the sides, without even saying sorry about that or any sort of sentiment she looked away on her desk & completed my checkout & said “did you call them to have it fixed?” well one doesn’t go to a hotel to do plumbing inspection & wait for maintenance activities on first day, that defies the whole purpose of going into a hotel, receptionist staff needs more training on hospitality & quality assurance & how to listen to a feedback instead of making something like a broken shower (from day 1) the guest’s fault. I hope they get it fixed before the second guest come to use the room.
