I only met a colleague, I did not stay, but the comfort area behind the reception is great, low sift music, good lounge area, and there is a big meeting table work area. The coffee was great and the service was fantastic

I had the wonderful opportunity of attending a one-month fintech course at Radisson Blu Hotel, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mr. Ayman, who works at the hotel, was truly amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable. His outstanding customer service, warm hospitality and attention to detail was exemplary. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble for him. I can honestly say that his support made all the difference to my stay, and I will always remember his kindness. Thank you, Mr. Ayman, for making my stay a truly memorable one!

The hotel hall is clean and have everything you need, parking security and all kind of services that you don’t need to bring anything else from outside. Special thanks to Howida who arranged the wedding and was there all the time making sure that everything is going well.

Stay was excellent. Breakfast is simple and good. Staffs here are really helpful with pleasant smile and excellent hospitality. Thanks to Sajib for assisting me to make coffee and brought my ordered food from live kitchen. Appreciated.

The location is very nearby the airport. The housekeeping staff were helpful and very attentive. The villa is not nearly up to it’s price, the villa’s are quite old and used. Maintenance on the villas are bad (the filters in the pools and the over top fan weren’t working properly). The tables were scratched upon our arrival and we reported how unsatisfied we were to the reception as soon as we entered the villa. Upon our check out they were blaming us for the scratches on the tables even though is was obvious that everything was already old and used, they refused to give us our deposit back claiming we were the ones who scratched the tables. I have never been to a hotel were i was falsely accused like that it was very upsetting because we were all adults with no children. Furthermore when we asked to speak to the manager we waited for over 40+ minutes until he arrived and by that time we were late for our flight at the airport. Even though we have stayed at radisson blue several times over the years in various countries and we have always enjoyed our stay with no complaints, but regarding this branch the management was very poor. They gave us the deposit back in the end but i will never return to this branch in riyadh.
