I stayed here for 2 weeks everything was amazing! all staff was friendly especially Kumar in Breakfast resto and Didar for housekeeping, they're very kind and helpful.. and everyday breakfast was delicious! hopefully can be back again! ;)

The hotel is good the food is good but the manager is so un professional he changed our reservation for brunch we are group of women and also he lies and said this is our reservation. So rude.

The hotel is,Beyond.The staff are good nice and very accommodating,Very professional,And very welcoming they see to it that they attend to Thier guest every needs,The house keeping is very nice and well trained they don't dissapoint specialy the house keeper they assigned on our unit is very efficient I think his Name is RAJON thumbs up to him he is very polite and very good.Thank you so much Radisson Blu for the great experience

Well designed hotel with great location but hospitality level is very bad. No one to take my car or luggage. Sent early notification regarding early check in and came room is not ready.Great facility and room. However More training and guest care must be applied. I had bad experince with Mr Roderick. Saudi girl in the reception handel the situation and apologise and gave me upgrade thx to her.

Amazing and hospitable service. Stayed here for a while and the staff made it nothing short of the most warm and welcoming stay. The breakfast buffet is great, a lot of choices, and it shows that its of high quality and a lot of thought was put into it. Most importantly the housekeeping staff who tirelessly everyday put in effort to make my room, shout out to Rajon!! Ive been super demanding and he has been the kindest soul. I’ve never had a single complaint and everyone pampers me here. It’s probably the only hotel I would stay at if I’m in Riyadh again !
