Best experienced so far when it comes to hotel service! Probably the best hotel in Riyadh! Super friendly staff , the foods and beverages are truly worth and deserved the 5 star rating! even more! Highly recommended ! Definitely ! we will come back!

Very quick stay here but the rooms are huge and have everything you need. The breakfast is also really nice and the staff at the reception are very helpful. Hopefully I can return here if I’m ever back in Riyadh.

Update after 6 days at this hotel:
This is by no means a 5 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel or 4 star at best. The beds are unsupportive and cause back pain, the food is terrible, and service is slow. And it’s evident that the management reply is an auto responder that didn’t even read my review
Original review after 3 days at this hotel:
The service at the hotel was commendable, but the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the expectation of a five-star establishment. The gym was under-equipped, the WiFi connectivity was inconsistent at best, and the inability to charge room service to my room was quite inconvenient. A decent stay, but improvements are needed.

Our experience at the Radisson Blu was fantastic. The rooms were great, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the service was impeccable. Sarah waited on us and always had a smile and anticipated everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing service I was especially impressed with a gentleman called Rajon in housekeeping who went out of his way to accommodate our family late at night. A wonderful stay.
