The worst hotel in Madina that I have ever seen. Very bad service. If you request for something in reception as well as in room service nobody care about this. The buffet food is very poor. In Sohor we didn’t get minimum food to eat. The waiter informed us that the food has finished due to high amount of guest. What kind of explanation it is. As my opinion it is lower than a 3 star hotel. My experience is horrible during my stay at here. This hotel is so much far way from the praying area of women. Nobody fall into the trap of this hotel. Even we can’t drop our lagguage in front of the hotel. Because they don’t have any street to enter the car in front of the hotel.

Room is clean, spacious and nice decor. Location is brilliant, can see the green dome from the breakfast room, and only takes few minutes walk to gate 310.
Staff are very professional, and helpful. Thank you to Rezaul at breakfast for being welcoming.

Arrived early on the morning of booked date.. Staff very kind and accommodating. Understood our tiredness after travelling.. Allowed us into room ASAP. Really enjoyed our Stay here. Irshad and Ashraf went out of their way to make us feel at home. Will defnitly be coming back in Sha Allah ameen😊

Really disappointed by the reservation service
We booked a room from 17th February to 20th, we asked 2 weeks beforeoir arrival to add an additional night the 16th because of our early arrival at 4h am, the women from customer service by phone told us it's ok we will do it, but no confirmation was sent by email to us.
Yesterday when we arrive no room available for us at 4h am of the morning, they suggested to give us a room full price without breakfast, more worst for me without any excuse about the error and without any commercial gesture
Last year we have same situation with Abraj kiswa at mecca and the customer service was great, this is the difference with real 5 star.

Nice, clean and literally next to Madinah prophet mosque gate no 309 & 310. Great friendly stuff, huge selection of breakfast and all 5 stars. Night view from my room.
Specially Staffs at reception and service are highly recommended. At 1st floor canteen Mr Rezaul - captain of the restaurant is truly a helpful person. Hope will come back again with family, inshallah
