Worst reception and staff ever- Different price over the phone than when you actually come and many hidden fees.

My visit was for Ramdhan Iftar,
Place was clean, service was amazing especially with Sameer, food was average, buffet space was congested needs more arrangement. Buffet Price was ok. 3.8 of 5.

In the park inn house keeping are very nice and reqularly. Regarding the food is so nice and tasty. In the restaurant there is one guy Muhammad Arshed he is best waiter and good food server. He has good attitude and good behavior with the customer. Thanks.

All good service and room is comfortable and friendly. room attendant staff nabin is very good guys. The hotel foods is delicious. Im happy to stay here.

Park Inn By Radisson is a 5 star hotel in Jubail. It's 7 km from the Galleria Mall and 39 km from Jubail Naval Airport.
Hotels offer free Wi-fi, flat-screen TVS tea and coffeemakers, as well as safes. Room service is available 24/7. Good breakfast & great lunch. The staff is really professional all over the place. Special thanks to Mustafa at RBG cafe grill for his welcoming and professional service. Other amenities include 2 relaxed restaurants, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre, plus spa services.
