Very Good Hotel.... Staff is very professional and well educated and good thing is the staff and specially RECEPTIONIST speaks English which is very good thing which not often in Saudi Arabia. Special #Thanks to both the Receptionist Egyptian & the Pakistani for their hospitality and politeness and quick response to any Request
I suggest you all the People especially Foreigners who Visit Al-Jubail must stay in this Hotel because this hotel is very Good with Bright and Big Rooms.
I must stay here whenever i came in Al-Jubail.

My recent stay at hotel Burj Al Dana, Four seasons surpassed all my expectations, leaving me completely impressed and satisfied in every aspect. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who ensured my check-in process was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Throughout my stay, the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff and the room service team truly elevated my experience. Their staff even at night times ensures to provide extra mile support to enhance guest experience.
I truly recommend this hotel to everyone especially for budget Travelers!
