This is (so far) the best hotel we have stayed at in Jeddah. We came back and stayed here after flying back from Najran in March. This was our second stay, the previous one being the night before an early flight to Dubai in February. It is very convenient to the airport and despite it's location along a busy road it has a very quiet and calm environment. We enjoyed dinner in the open air cafe beside the pool on the top floor. It was not busy either time we went. We called room service before we went up and they sent someone to take care of us while we ate dinner. Abeer was working at the front desk both times we checked in and she was very cheerful, helpful and efficient.

I booked there but when I called the one who answered had zero customer service skills. She should be kept away from human contact. When I stayed there 3 months ago the food was excellent and the service was fine. Management need to address the issue. I would be happy to give more details on how she pushed me to cancel my booking and will never be there again

I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Price gouging. They virtually doubled the price because I didn't pre-book (due to complex flight timing) and then stung me again for breakfast. Makes sure you are well insured as the entrance and parking area is covered in highly polished bathroom tiles. It's like an ice rink in the desert. If you like the view of a motorway and construction site, then this place is for you!

Room and facility is good, but my experience wasn't good, this is the type of a hotel that I don't wanna repeat visiting.
The bad:
1) They position themselves as business hotel. It took me a week after a very slow checkout to get my invoices trying to follow up with more than one employee. If you are serving businesses invoice is number 1 in the checkout experience. Clearly their system and invoices needs enhancement
2) the colors of the room are modern but not comfy at all. I didnt like the orange color of the ceiling
3) music ? is loud everywhere and it is house techno music in the lobby and even louder music in the cafe, could not work in the roof cafe at all

Welcome to Park Inn by Radisson, Jeddah Madinah Road. I visited this hotel in the 2nd week of Nov 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof with an open bar that serves Shisha. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM. You can see the Airport as it is only 10 mins drive to the airport.
