Great place with nice rooms. The toilets are very clean and the showers are AMAZING. My room was well lit from its large windows. The TV was good and had a very nice feature that allowed me to stream media from my phone which was really nice to watch Netflix and YouTube.
The front desk team is amazing. Room service was a bit slow but good overall. The breakfast is nice and has a good menu, but I don't think it's worth 86 SAR. If you have a car, the parking spots outside are very steep and not very comfortable to use.

We had a really bad experience, after modifying our confirmed paid booking which we have received by email. The guest was not allowed to check in for overbooking on that night, the employee stated that we don't have a booking, then suggested a bad solution which had conflicts with the management the day after. No proper apology or anything. Not recommended at all. unprofessional environment.

Hotel is good for a layover between flights so will stay again. Would have awarded 5 stars but I had to ask twice for the invoice. The first time I asked I was told I had to contact the company I booked through, even though I paid the hotel direct. After I insisted, Abi at reception sorted the problem.

We had a great experience! Abeer at the front desk was super helpful. We ended up with a complimentary room upgrade to a suite. We ended up being not quite as close as expected the the airport we were flying out of but we would still stay here again. Definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure staying at this Radisson PARK INN new property 10 minutes from the airport and Arab Mall. Front desk Miss Abeer & the Staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent.
The food looked quite nice , I would say the food would match. Everything about the hotel was worth the stay. I recommend it without a doubt for business trips & vacation

Welcome to Park Inn by Radisson, Jeddah Madinah Road. I visited this hotel in the 2nd week of Nov 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof with an open bar that serves Shisha. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM. You can see the Airport as it is only 10 mins drive to the airport.
