Until my checkout it was going to be a 5 Star rating.
Everything was great until the checkout.
A very indifferent receptionist who didn’t care that the wrong information was on the invoice and that he couldn’t do anything until his supervisor comes.
Refused to call the supervisor for help.
It’s amazing how one person can ruin a complete experience.
I’m now promised to get the correct invoice via email. I’ll update my rating if it’s done, or not. Currently 2 Stars.

Clean, good customer service and great breakfast served. Nour (Morning shift manager I assume) is always happy to raise service to another level. Great two week's stay.

The staff here at Novotel are so kind and very welcoming.
The breakfast is served from 6 to 10 am which gives you plenty of time to fill up for the day. There is a wide selection of fresh fruit, salads, local hummus, curry’s and American style waffles.
Don’t forget to try an omelette made for you with assorted ingredients by the breakfast crew.

Good location, very central. Near to Tahalia street which is a good place to hangout at night. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The building is a bit old but it's clean. Internet is a bit slow though. Breakfast is great but the guy preparing the omelet is not friendly at all.

This was my first time in Riyadh for a short business trip. Novotel suites is value for money. Rooms are clean and decent size. If you are on a budget this is a decent place. If you are looking for a fancy lobby and a great coffee shop with a vibe then this might not be your place.
Hussain from the restaurant is great at his job. Super friendly.
