I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Suites in Riyadh Olaya, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful receptionist, Saud, who set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing haven after a long day of travel and meetings.
What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Saud. He not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met.
The hotel's location in Riyadh Olaya is also worth noting, as it is conveniently situated near key business and leisure destinations, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh,

As always Accor hotels makes me speechless. I recently checked in Novotel Suites in Riyadh. Highly recommended place to spend few days, staff from each level are very friendly and welcoming.
Look for Bassam at the reception, he is very friendly, hospitable and very down to earth person. Right man to reach out for all your queries related to hotel ?

The room is wide and clean. Nice detailed.
However, the breakfast doesn't have much to provide. There are not many meat dishes.
Good for business trip.

Right from the beginning the experience was seamless. I walked in and the staff already had my room key waiting for me, all I had to do was show my ID and sign quickly. They were prepared for my arrival. The room as spacious, clean, and beautiful. All of the staff were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Breakfast staff went above and beyond for me as well :)
