The hotel is amazing and the staff are super friendly.we toke the royal suite which is very big and equipped with Japanese toilets seats hehe.
The service is top notch and the food is delicious.
The location is in hamra near the sea is considered central so it's a ++. Highly recommended the only thing that's missing is a speaker and a refrigerator in the kitchen.
I can easily say its recommended

NO SAFETY!
a stranger break into our room while we are sleeping and took something from my hand bag and left! my husband tried to follow him but he
just disappeared!!
i barely had a heart attack
we informed the security and the staff and they were lying left and right and just trying to delay any solution.. we wanted to see the cctv and they kept us waiting for 6 hours without any action
after all this waiting it was shown in the cctv that there was a man break into the room with a card and stayed in for couple of minutes while we are sleeping!
and still nothing has happened from the hotel side!!! they wanted us to go to the police station!! although it was absolutely the hotel’s mistake !!
all what i can say that ill have nightmares for the rest of my life ! thank you narcissus hotel!

The hotel buliding is super furnished but thier are areas of improvements :
1. runway is small for cars to drop and pick and slow.
2. the reception is premature and need more training in meet and greet .
3.time keeping in entering the room at 3 pm sharp .
4.room was dirty due to honymooners in room and delayed our entry to our suite.
5. suite will be better with a small dinning room instead of the big bar area.
house keeping where great ..
6. food was allowed to be delivered from outside .
7.room servies is over priced

Went there with my friends we were extremely happy from everything.
Really recommended if to want to try something different in all means.
