Trust me on this and don’t waste your money on this place… they don’t deserve 10% of their price!! Zero customer service, they don’t support you with the basics to enjoy your day!!! Very very disappointing

It was awful. The whole, so called resort, definitely needs a full renovation. The restaurant back at the time and the rooms weren't well- maintained at all with old over-used, filthy furniture. The wrist worst was the baby cot I requested. I was shocked by its state, it was flimsy and covered with dust. I was utterly shocked. The janitors and house keeping staff are close to negligible and totally ignorant about what should be done. We end up not sleeping there with the kids, only came back in mornings to swim a bit and tried their breakfast buffet. The view of the restaurant is stunning but everything is below average. The resort has a huge potential, it should be fully renovated and change its management and on- the ground team.

Airy villas with private pools in a contemporary hotel.
Mövenpick Resort Located 15 minutes drive from Jeddah city Centre, it has villas with private pools, located on a private island on the Red Sea. Mövenpick Resort Al Nawras is 10 minutes drive to King Abdul Aziz International Airport. Close to the famous Tahlia shopping district. Our one and two-bedroom villas are uniquely designed to exceed guest expectations whilst offering complete privacy in luxurious surroundings. All one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas are located directly on the Red Sea. Each villa has its private swimming pool, garden, kitchenette, lounge, and TV. All rooms have deluxe bedding and feature a separate living room with an overstuffed sofa. Each one boasts a large shaded terrace fitted with deck chairs and offers panoramic sea views.
I visited this resort in the mid of June 2022 at that time the Health Club which includes Sauna, Steam Room, Massage Room & Jacuzzi, and also Gym was demolished for new construction work. There was no Buffet breakfast in the restaurant. They only serve breakfast in the room between 6 AM to 11 AM on your request. There is only 1 refined restaurant operationally named NABU with serves Japanese cuisine. They don't ask for any refundable advance payment as a security fee for the Damage to the villa at the time of Check-in.
