affordable, clean room, shuttle service to haram is a lifesaver! takes around 20 minutes to reach haram, reception staff, lobby boys are friendly, house keeping staff such as Md Sumon, and Aziz were supportive and carried out requests! Al raji masjid is next door, and as i was told it is incouded in haram area as it is within 6.7 miles towards the destination of yemen. i will recommend this hotel if youre staying Makkah yet dont want to spend a fortune staying next to haram.

Brilliant place to stay. Staff communication skills need to be improved for good. However they are very welcoming. Loved the place and surrounding location. The washroom was a bit small. Overall a great place to be

Housekeeping staff are very helpful, a young guy Faisal helped out through the stay to keep my room clean and comfortable

Very polite and very kind housekeeping I'm so happy that there's some people like IKBAL NOUR he's number 1061 NCHALAHHH i will return in February in this hôtel also in the restaurant SALWA she's realy very very kind I a recommend this hôtel for everyone. MARAM in the réception she's helpful and very polite.
MOHANED very very very helpful next time NCHALAHHH one month i will stay in MILLENNIUM.

Excellent service and food. The Lotus Restaurant has a lot of food options. Delicious food. A staff worker who goes by the name of zeyad has helped me in lots of different ways. He is a skilled worker and i appreciate his hospitality. He is also full of energy
