Good hotel with reliable service. The accommodation here is excellent and room service was good. The helper who clean our room Mr Ibrahim Patel and he's supervisor is honest and helpful to assist our needs. Its is memorable journey for us. The disadvantage i found here is that you need to reset the room card almost everyday to enter your room. Perhaps its a safety precaution measure.

We stayed here for 4 nights after completed Hajj in 2023. The overall services was excellent. Mr Mohamed Kawsar has been keeping our room pristine clean. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others especially ??.

Alhamdulillah , good service and all types of facilities are near. Our floor was on 15 th floor and I give thanks to the housekeeping team member Mohammad Kawsar for taking care of our room and for good service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The room is spacious. We stayed at tower 3 room 1219. Imran took care of our needs and made sure that our room is always clean. While in the lobby, this young lady Areej Bahati approached us to ask how our stay in this hotel has been. It was awesome!

Happy stay here, having experienced esteem care. The buffet is perfect and the rooms are hugely clean and hygiene. Nice meeting their accommodating staff like Amtenan Bukhari.
