The facility is good
The location is also not bad
But the service is 3 starts or less
Staff needs to be more educated on Hospitality
All the items in Mini bar are damaged and expired
And the funny point is when you are leaving they ask to wait till they go and check the minibar (this is really what I hated most)
The breakfast is very basic and the staff there they don't even say good morning ...

We came for Iftar in Ramadan.. It is outdoor restaurant.. Good food.. Many varieties and very good service. The atmosphere is amazing.. As if we are not in Riyadh.. It feels like a resort..

Old but gold. Service is also good. Rooms are clean. Only downside is that on some rooms WiFi is not good but all in all the experience in this hotel is decent.
