Very bad hotel and very bad experience. If for some reason your bad luck brings you here, expect the following:
- Very uncomfortable bed mattresses.
- Indian hotel workers chatting and talking all day long by your door step (good luck with trying to get a good sleep).
- A rude Indian worker constantly nocking your door at 9 pm to wake you up just to ask you if you have ordered any fruit!
- Water will suddenly stop working in the bathroom for more than 3 hours and when i call the customer service they said that there is a maintenance and the water will return in 3 hours. They supposed to inform their guests for such a disruption!

Location wise it is good just behind sabic head office.
Hotel is good but rooms are too small better go with Suites.
Buffets are okay but south Asian food need variety and attention in taste.

I went there for Dinner, i have to say the place is AMAZING
The receptionist is friendly and professional.
The view alone is so comforting after a hard day of work, Food is good as well with the variety of Salads, appetizers, meat, chicken and fish.
Sweet dishes are so good aswell especially Om-Ali.
A must go for couples, business dinner.

I stayed for one week in this hotel. I liked it, hygienic and nice staff.
I feel the price for buffet is quiet much, we can eat the same buffet within 60-65 SAR.

Stayed there a few nights. Lovely ambience, Cleaniness, Indoor and Outdoor dining, Good Staff and very helpful. They have airport pick up and drop off available on request too. The only thing i was a bit disappointed about is the viraety of food in breakfast.
