Booked in this hotel for a family of three and one infant for week , i selected this hotel based on good reviews, but we were disappointed. Room not cleaned for the whole week except one time,very small room,only place for beds, shuttle bus will drop you on the most far haram gate، we have either to walk long distance of 40 minutes with our elderly mother or to take a taxi to the other close gate of Haram. Based on the value i think this hotel is overpriced.

The room were very clean and tidy. Housekeeping service was superb and the front desk staff was very helpful. There is a bus service available every time. I booked 2 rooms, excellent visit. I am again going to book my visit for this month end Inshallah.

Staff were very supportive and allowed us to do early checkin… Found the property very clean, hygiene and suitable for families. plenty of free parking spaces available.. Breakfast was really superb!

Hotel is good but very slow and bad shuttle bus to Haram. It’s only 1 bus that takes 40-45 minutes waiting time.
Owner shall spend little more money to have atleast 3 shuttle buses in order to get smooth experience for guest.
Really disappointing ????

Good hotel, professional friendly reception staff, shuttle bus service is the downside of the hotel, they have a good Wifi Service.. i would like to thank morning staff at reception Rahaf , Ashwaq and manger Mr. Khalid for their great attitude towards guests. Thank you

M Hotel Al Dana Millennium is a four star hotel in Makkah. It’s 4 km away from Grand Mosque, 8 km from Makkah mall. They have also bus shuttle service from hotel to Haram .There are different shops and a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.
