I will be truly blunt from the get go, this is my second time choosing my monthly stay for Umrah at this hotel and they amazed me with their outstanding regard towards Marriott members again especially Ms. Nahil - Customer Relations. She noticed me from my last recent visit (while I was very tired due to my early flight and finished performing Umrah with Friday prayers) standing at the reception desk trying my best to squeeze in an early check-in on a Friday day which is usually impossible in Mecca. At that moment, she immediately approached me and welcomed me. She personally made sure I had a very cozy chair in the lounge area and then brought me a delicious fresh orange and carrot juice which really helped me relax. The hotel was packed so I felt like a VIP.
Then I was finally checked in at around 2:30 PM, by Mr. Muhannad Al Harithi, another successful Marriott representative, he hooked me with a free breakfast and a late check out, as well as his colleague Mr. Flatah. He kept greeting me and servicing my requests with very friendly and courteous manners throughout my stay . He is a wonderful person.
Last but not least, I went to my room and was greeted with a classy welcome note from the hotel manager as well as nice pastries, desserts and a fruit platter.
A real great experience overall again, so I gave it a five star review.
