It's a hotel with a grand entrance and lobby, in a good location. The rooms are very nice but have a limited amount of UK style electric outlets. The buffet restaurant is excellent. The curved escalators down to the restaurant are a nice touch!

I'm still a resident at the hotel and I'm Not happy at all.
Since I arrived... First, no hot water, the safe not working, then hours of unbelievable disturbance from your maintaince, I come to my room not cleaned, asked for towels at LEAST and waited for 1.5 hours that I had to go down to reception and ask for them myself and STILL I didn't get any so I found a guy in the corridors and took towels from him. How is this a 5 star service?? I'm so disappointed.

Went there to setup in one of their meeting rooms. Everything was very well organized and pristine! The parking area is clean and there are a lot of parking areas. There are a lot of meeting rooms as well. The complimentary snacks and drinks before entering the meeting room were fresh. Took a beautiful picture of the view through a smoking area balcony, you can see a garden with a waterfall. The employees were very nice and informative too. I had a great experience overall.

Horrible customer service never going to stay here ever again will be reporting every manager to headquarters. Workers here do not care about anyone else unless you are Arab. They are all racists and do not want to help anyone in need. Only the housekeeping and concierge are good people. Reception is full of racists and they hate Americans. Do not go here if you are out of the country. They tried to charge us $400 more than what we booked and they refused to get us a cab. This is the worst hotel ever.

The food quality so poor, unfortunately its hasn't really nice.
The service at Big hall underperformed.
I don't recommend to be there again.
Many hotels have excellent service with same price comparisons with Hilton
