One of worst experienced had here. Full of scammers are leaving here including manager and staff involve with foreigners . It is not safe and good place to go.

Very helpful and good staff, facilities are OK, clean comfort room, no TV channels options except Saudi channels and BBC. The Gem is basic and small. Swimming pool was closed though when I booked I choose a swimming pool for the children, very disappointed kids ?. When booked for two adults and two children all I got is a double bed, there was no places for the kids and when asked why they said they don't know and I ended asking for an extra blanket and pillow. another bad incident not affecting my rating for the place but I needed the safe master key since my child accidentally locked it, I had to wait tell next day 9 am as no RS manager available.
The parking entrance was soooo tight so if you have a land cruise car you better be a good driver with skills other wise you can't make it to the parking without scratching your car, guaranteed.
To finish this, the staff was the gem and jewel of the stay specially the Saudi morning shift girl,
