Worst experience in a hotel. I will write to intercity group. Service is poorest in the region. 1000 sar for a night doesn’t worth 200 sar.
Hôtel is not clean, however has less than 5 years. Staff is very rude. They call only to ask for check out timing and even treathen to remove personal belongings from the room if delay on check out.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for fortnight. Excellent service and friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms. Enough charging points. One universal socket too for those whose chargers are not compatible with EU standard. Breakfast spread is nice too.
