I have stayed at Ibis Jeddah Malik road of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. i would like to thank you reception's Reham staff. she is very politeness, integrity, kindness, helpful. i really appreciate her.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Hotel is clean, friendly staff.
Laundry service was disappointing, I had to make many calls to get someone to come take my laundry. Next day many calls to get it back.
Front desk clerk said laundry service closes at 6 pm?
No iron and board in the room.
Room is way to small.

The hotel and service are good. The restaurant is good and all of the staff are very accommodating. Every day they are cleaning rooms making sure you will have a comfortable stay. For housekeeping just look for Anzar Kamal, this man is very hardworking.

I loved every piece of it. The location is a plus. The reception and room service staff were AMAZING. HAMID has done magnificent in my room service during my stay: kind, warm-hearted and cooperative. Hotel cleanliness is superb. Thank you, IBIS.
One thing I migh find it weird is the membership as I'm a member but forgot what email I used when I create my account; and, they should add my stay and be generous so I take the points of 15 nights.

I really enjoyed my 5 days. Everything is fine &great. There are things that I didn’t like which are:1there is no open window can’t feel refresh air2- pool only for men there is no spa for women. For the staff they are friendly they respond very fast. I would like to thank in personal Abdul Hamid for his behavior he is too professional. He is very friendly he know what we need before we ask him! thank you Ibis ✨

Welcome to Ibis Jeddah Malik Road. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located on the same premises and the building is attached and interconnected from the inside. They both have different Lobby and entrances but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Timings:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
